Throughout the year, the Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts (BOPA) seeks visual and literary artists, performers, musicians, food vendors, and more to participate in large-scale festivals, community celebrations, and special events. Here are the current calls for artists:
Apply for the 2024 Open Studio Tour Weekend
An annual city-wide event, Baltimore Open Studio Tour Weekend (OST) brings together professional artists and the general public, giving art lovers, students, collectors, and creative influencers the opportunity to visit, meet, engage, purchase, and get a glimpse into the world and studios of some of Baltimore City’s most vibrant artists.
Each year OST attendees travel from across the region to visit the studios of Baltimore artists, see their work, and step into their working processes. OST Weekend is the perfect opportunity for artists to share their work and engage with the public.
This year, OST Weekend is on October 5–6, 2024, from 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. each day. OST is open to all working artist studios within Baltimore City limits and there is a $45 participation fee. (Group discounts are available.) The deadline is September 8, 2024.
