Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts (BOPA) is thrilled to announce New Year’s Eve festivities on December 31, 2023, at Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. This year, we're adding an incredible element to the tradition: a mesmerizing drone show by Image Engineering, experts in laser entertainment. At midnight, the skies will dazzle with a custom drone display alongside fireworks, led by Mayor Brandon M. Scott It's a fusion of tech and tradition, aligning with Baltimore’s status as a tech hub.

Join us at the Inner Harbor Amphitheater from 8:00 p.m. for music by DJ Curtis of C.James Experience and performances by Baltimore's own Soul Cannon. Don't miss the fun-filled events at The National Aquarium American Visionary Art Museum Port Discovery Children's Museum and the Maryland Science Center throughout the day.

Extend the celebration at the Inner Harbor Ice Rink inner-harbor-ice-rink until midnight, grab a meal at Phillips Seafood, or embark on City Cruises’ Brunch and Dinner Cruises. Watermark hosts the Baltimore Yacht Party, while Harborplace buzzes with stores, restaurants, and pop-ups.
